Requirements:

- Visa must be renewed every 6 months
- Classified as a visit visa: not eligible to work in the UAE
Fees:
- AED 1,100 renewal fee every 6 months
- AED 250 per sponsored family member (every 6 months)
2-Year Residency Visa
Requirements:
- Minimum property value: AED 1,000,000 (per individual)
- If co-owned, each shareholder must meet the AED 1M threshold
- No mortgage allowed
- Proof of monthly income of at least AED 10,000
- Visa renewed every 6 months
- Not eligible for employment under this visa
Fees:
- AED 1,100 visa fee + AED 400 admin fee
- AED 2,000 investor trade license fee
- Sponsorship: AED 6,000 per family member (maids not allowed)
Golden Visa UAE (10 Years)
If your property investment exceeds AED 2 million, you may qualify for the Golden Visa, which includes:
- 10-year renewable UAE residency
- No sponsor required
- Eligibility to sponsor family members, dependents & domestic workers
- Work, study, and own 100% business rights
